霍元甲 Fearless

《霍元甲》 is the iconic theme song performed by Jay Chou for the film Fearless, which tells the story of the legendary martial artist Huo Yuanjia. The song blends modern pop-rock elements with traditional Chinese instruments, creating a sound that reflects both contemporary energy and cultural heritage. Its lyrics emphasize courage, righteousness, and the spirit of standing firm against adversity, echoing the values embodied by Huo Yuanjia. With its powerful rhythm and soaring vocals, the piece not only serves as a stirring accompaniment to the film but also stands on its own as an anthem of strength, national pride, and perseverance.

Butter-Fly | Digimon OST

《Butter-Fly》 is the opening theme song of the original Digimon Adventure anime, performed by the late Koji Wada. With its bright rock energy and uplifting melody, the song has become a timeless anthem of courage and friendship for generations of fans. Its lyrics speak of transformation, freedom, and the determination to soar beyond limitations—echoing both the digital evolution of the Digimon and the growth of the children who partner with them. More than just an anime theme, the song’s optimism and emotional resonance have made it a cultural classic, remembered as a symbol of hope and adventure across the years.

就是哪吒 |《哪吒之魔童闹海》电影角色曲

《就是哪吒》 is the powerful character theme song from 哪吒之魔童闹海, composed and performed by Tang Hanxiao. Written as if from Nezha’s own perspective, the song captures his fiery defiance, inner struggle, and refusal to accept fate. Blending rock, orchestra, and traditional Chinese instruments—most notably the bold, piercing sound of the suona —the music mirrors Nezha’s unrestrained spirit while delivering an anthem of resistance and self-belief. With lyrics that question destiny and affirm the will to overturn chaos, the song has become more than a film soundtrack piece: it embodies Nezha’s voice and has resonated widely with audiences as a declaration of courage and individuality.

Call of Silence | Attack on Titan OST

“Call of Silence” is a haunting and emotive piece from the Attack on Titan soundtrack, composed by Hiroyuki Sawano and featuring vocals by Gemie. Unlike the battle-driven tracks of the series, this song conveys sorrow, loss, and quiet resilience, reflecting the emotional cost of war and sacrifice. The music blends orchestral depth with ethereal vocals, creating a soundscape that feels both fragile and powerful. Its English lyrics, sung with an almost dreamlike tone, mirror the characters’ longing for peace amid despair. More than an accompaniment, the song deepens the anime’s atmosphere, resonating with listeners as a poignant reminder of humanity’s struggle for hope and survival.

Grandma’s Home

“Grandma’s Home” is a song from the 2024 Thai film How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies, composed by Jaithep Raroengjai. Written as a central theme for the movie, it reflects the film’s focus on family ties, memory, and the passing of generations. The piece is characterized by its gentle melody and emotional restraint, underscoring the evolving relationship between the protagonist and his grandmother. Its nostalgic tone highlights themes of care, regret, and love, turning everyday domestic moments into lasting musical symbols of remembrance. It has become closely associated with the film’s message of cherishing loved ones while they are still present.

Iris | City of Angels

“Iris” is a 1998 song by the American rock band Goo Goo Dolls, written by lead vocalist John Rzeznik. Originally composed for the soundtrack of the film City of Angels, it was later included on the band’s sixth studio album Dizzy Up the Girl. The song is known for its emotive lyrics, which express longing, vulnerability, and the desire to be truly seen. Musically, it combines acoustic guitar, mandolin, and orchestral backing to create a soaring, cinematic sound. “Iris” became the band’s signature song, topping international charts, earning multiple Grammy nominations, and cementing its status as one of the most enduring ballads of the late 1990s.

I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing

“I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” is a 1998 song by the American rock band Aerosmith, written by Diane Warren. Recorded for the soundtrack of the science fiction film Armageddon, it became the band’s first and only number one single on the Billboard Hot 100. The ballad features sweeping orchestration alongside Aerosmith’s trademark rock sound, with lyrics that convey the fear of losing a loved one. Its emotional intensity complemented the film’s themes of sacrifice and love, helping the track achieve international success. Widely regarded as one of the most memorable movie songs of the 1990s, it remains a signature piece in Aerosmith’s catalogue and a staple of popular power ballads.

如燕 |《小娘惹》主题曲

“《如燕》 is the theme song of the Singaporean drama The Little Nyonya, performed by Olivia Ong and composed by Huang Zhiwei. The title, meaning “Like a Swallow,” evokes the image of a bird returning home, symbolizing longing, fragility, and perseverance. Written to reflect the struggles and resilience of the Peranakan women portrayed in the series, the song combines gentle vocals with lyrical melodies that draw on both pop and traditional influences. Hotel California | The Eagles

“Hotel California” is a 1976 song by the American rock band Eagles, written by Don Felder, Don Henley, and Glenn Frey. Released as the title track of their fifth studio album, it quickly became one of their most recognizable works. The lyrics describe a traveler’s arrival at a mysterious hotel that appears welcoming but proves impossible to leave, often interpreted as a metaphor for excess and disillusionment in 1970s California. Combining rock and folk influences with a distinctive dual-guitar solo, the track showcased the band’s musicianship and lyrical ambiguity. It reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1977 and won the Grammy Award for Record of the Year, cementing its status as one of the most iconic and influential songs in rock history.
